If you want to try a technique right away, tonight, I'd recommend
MILD. Basically, it involves repeating a phrase to yourself ("I will remember my dream" or "I will have a lucid dream"), and visualizing it take effect. To oversimplify terribly, your dreams are based on whatever you were thinking about before you fell asleep, so if you focus on your intention to be lucid/remember your dreams, it should happen.
It might be more than one night before it takes effect, though.
In the longer term, writing a few jotnotes in a DJ in the mornings is a great way to improve your recall and start DILDing naturally.
