      Short and Sweet

Yeah like the title suggests, I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. I'm a new member, but a long time lurker I've been coming here off and on for about a year, and I figured I might as well make an account now. So.... Hey.

I've been trying to lucid dream for about a year and a half now, and only managed to lucid dream 4 times.... Ok in all honesty, only one has lasted longer than the initial shock. I've been trying to WILD almost every night, and still can't get it. All my dreams have been DILDs, but they are few and far between. And my dream recall is fairly good, I remember about 2-3 dreams a night.

I still seem to get anything consistence when I dream though, its never something I notice and say "hey I know that, might as well do a reality check or whatever". Whenever I DILD, it seems to be because something seems so out of the ordinary its unbelievable even in the dream world, but like I said that's few and far between. SO i was wondering, and I know its my own personal preference in the end, but would it be better to keep trying to WILD, or should I adopt the DILD method? I'd like your opinion please.

(Short and sweet... Hmmm I may have lied a bit )

I think you should adopt the DILD method. I have been lucid dreaming for the past 3 and a half years and have never had much luck with WILDing. Some people can easily do it and some have a hard time.

Try reading the DILD tutorials and try to get into a more regular routine.
