I can't fly
So last night I had a lucid dream. It started as a kind of scary dream, but i soon changed it to a normal lucid. The first thing I did was go outside, it was cold and brisk, and as always n my lucid dreams, it was dark out. So I decided it was night for long enough, and wanted to change it to daytime. A wierd/stupid daytime/nighttime thing happened, I could see the stars, but I could also see the sun, I decided this was good enough. I went outside and tried to fly, I went to the top of a hill, expecting to fly, jumped off, and fell to the ground, a huge gouge tore in my leg, revealing my leg muscles. It closed up within ten seconds. [I] focused to fly, but just couldn't. No matter what I did, I failed. My mom yelling woke me up. I proceeded to wake up. HELP

well I don't really know what to say. It is all mental (obviously) but even in the dream youi absolutely can't let the laws of physics control you unless you want them to. If you allow them to have power than they will but if you absolutely believe without a doubt that you will float or even fly then it should happen for you. It's all about freedom. You have to feel free. You have to understand during that point in time that this is NOT reality. That's all I can say to help you.

you have to let it all go, coop. fear, doubt, and disbelief...free your mind.

I learned to fly by starting slow. Try and Jog and jump at the same time while concentrating on flight thats what I do when I try to take off. Jumpn off things doesnt work for me. Try levitation first and once you beat gravity you can just feel the pull but you have it beat.
