oobe vs ld vs ap

i can not full understand the difference between oobe ld and ap ?
is this different ? or everything is the same ?

are there some creatures in Astral world or it is just only subconscious ?

this is almost like WILD.
If i dont want to go to AP how toavoid doing some mistake ?

if astral world is not subconscious world , how to avoid exiting into it and concentrate only on ld ?

From SP, AP begins and leads to LD. All is mind involved. No mystic world or creatures. I believe OBE = AP

Lucid dreaming is all in your mind. Conscious awareness that can lead to control of outcomes.
Astral Projection and OBE are interchangeable terms for phenomena where one's "Astral Body" leave their physical body to where they can roam. Some believe it to also be all in the mind, but other believe it is distinctly different.

I've more experiences with LD than Astral Projection(s), but even if it is in the mind the two are related but not at all the same thing. They have their distinct features, as well as things that can be similar.

The possibility of the "metaphysical" acts (AP and sometimes OOBE) are debatable, but to answer your question:

Lucid Dream = A dream in which you are consciously aware that you are dreaming, while you are dreaming.

Out of Body Experience = An event when you witness yourself leaving your own body. This can either be a dream in which you get the feeling of "lifting up" out of your body, or an actual, metaphysical event, where your consciousness (or "soul", depending on what camp you are in) leaves the physical confines of your body. OOBE is a term that sits on both sides of the fence. Depending on the situation, it can either be a dream or an Astral Projection.

Astral Projection = This assumes that there is no dreaming involved. To astrally project, your consciousness must literally leave your body and travel out into space. Conventional science tells us that this is impossible, but people make cases for it all the time. Which side you choose to believe is up to you.

Yes you can fly, its easy. The hardest thing honestly is getting your mind to accept that you can fly. When you first start out you might see that when you jump into the air to fly you will float down to the ground again. This is the mind telling you that its not possible. With pracitce, you can fly anywhere you want to.

There is alot of people, in the right spots. Everything from bad entities to good entities to people projecting and to things that have never lived in the real world but live in the planes. You can talk to them, but its not really "talking" more of just communicating.. that makes no sense but you get the idea. You would have to try it to find out. Well actually, its like if your in a LD and you talk, your body really isnt talking, your mind is just creating words.. ugh its hard to explain lol. Just try it.

5. Well dont be scared. Sometimes "ghosts" can be seen in the real world, as you might be able to tell. These ghosts cant always be seen, but when they aren manifested in the real world they can be seen in the astral. There might be 3 ghosts just doing what they always do right in front of you. The thing is though, you dont want to be scared. They cant do anything to you, and if they could you would know it. Ghosts arent scary, they cant do anything like the movies say. If you have any more questions about this i can answer them, but im probably making it more then what it really is.

6. Well the skill came naturaly once i knew the basics, but you achieve this your 1st time through your 20th time. There is no real number. For me, i went into astral sight my first attempt at this technique, and then into a full astral after that.

7. Well the first time i went into astral sight i was really excited. I finally had done it, but i didnt know why i couldnt move.. lol. Rainman, who knows what he is talking about, was hammering me for telling people stuff that wasnt true. When i first got into the astral sight i was like oh ya, i got in here without all of that other stuff you have to do. But then i found that you have to actually pull out some energy work to actually get out of your body, and i felt like a dummie. So yeah, thats how i felt lol.

8. Err, yes, you can. I can confirm this though, that when you look at your body when in the astral you get sucked back in. You want to just try not to look at yourself no matter what. I think, and again its just my theory, that when you look at your body your mind goes crazy with dis belief, and then shoots you back in.

You have to be very careful with dealing in subjects like the "paranormal." Even though most paranormal phenomena (astral projections, ghosts, telepathy, etc...) have little to no scientific proof that they exist, some people are very convinced that they do - either through texts they've read or personal experiences.
