Some Help is needed right here!

Last night i tried to become lucid, but I had really problems to fall asleep while trying to become lucid...

I started relaxing my body, not thinking at anything and hearing the tinitus. My body started to become heavy and breathing became a bit difficult (like all the times when I try to become lucid). Well nothing unnormal until the point to fall asleep. All the times when i was falling asleep I just got sleep-paralyses (about three times) and wasn't able to "fall into the dream" or I got unable to close my eyes witch began to spin around until they hurt (and they still are hurting a bit:?). Finally I got a bit disappointed and just tried to sleep without becoming lucid (this worked without problems)

Does anyone have an idea what I have to do to avoid or to get over these sleep paralyses?

You can't WILD when you first go to sleep, you need to do it during a REM cycle, so about 4am is best. For beginning, I recommend using WBTB + DILD or MILD. WILDs are tough and the ride there can be strange.

Hey Ninja are you sure about not being able to WILD before 5 or six hours sleep because i have heard of people doing it as soon as they go to bed?
