Okay so I've been trying to lucid dream for oficialy a year today. I've tried everything from apple juice to cycle adjustment techniques. I can't buy anything because my dad doesn't approve of lucid dreaming. It sucks. I know. But everyones been in my shoes right?
Well I'd like it if you guys would post your method that got you your first lucid-in detail please.

Dig out the earlier posts in this forum, you may find plenty of experiences. Also a number of tutorials may guide you to the right path.
The way is not to try EVERY method, choose the Right method and stick onto it. For e.g start with MILD/DILD, start a Dream Journal. Positive results are likely common in a week or two.

Thank you sillydreamer, I want to stick with Wild/deild. Ive read the tutorials for what feels like a billion times. Any advice?

I would not recommend WILD for newbies and those find hard to get into dreams. Since WILD is little bit hard to master.
Start a DJ and find your dream sign, MILD and DILD are easy to master in no time.

I can't really keep a dream journal because I'm a freshman in high school and have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning. It sucks

Im a n00b too. Haha, I am doing WILD. I have always liked a challange, and omg, this method is hard.
I do like how you get to experience every stage your body goes through as you begin to dream. (Im not quite to the point of LDing yet, I either fall asleep or stay awake, but im super close, I can feel it)
What's cool about WILD, is you make full use/time of your REM sleep. Meaning you get the most out of your dreams... Sure you may lose some sleep, but thats when you have to decide what you would rather have, more sleep, or more dream?... or if you know what time management is, you can have both...
As of tonight, I am going to try a new method of LDing, the forums gave me an idea...
I was going through the families Vitamin/Medicine drawer. I found these vitamin blend pills. It has atleast 60 different vitamins on this list... Ranging from B6, A-D 1-12.. The same stuff in AppleJuice, OrangeJuice, PeanutButter, Meat, Cheese, Etc.
I am going to start off trying the WILD-FILD technique. If within about an hour nothing happens, or I can get "deep" enough, I will get up for about an 30min, and try the normal WILD technique.
If I am successful, I will post the methods and the story.. esp considering Im a nub, it will hopefully help other n00bs as-well...
Hey guys I'm back. No success last night but for some reason I can never recall dreams through out the day. Any advice? Btw siphorix sounds like your gonna get one soon :)
