finally mastered the art of SP & OBE but not perfected yet
Hi fellow lucid dreamers i just woke up but i can happily say i can get into SP at will now when i go to bed and get a OBE =D all because of a little tweaking around i did with original techniques and made it my own original ( well idk internet is big might already be online) but i basically just do a (wake back to bed) but dont fall asleep just close your eyes and imagine you have to do something, no more like a urge it will be better ( like going to the bathroom) then your dream body will get up with you controlling it.i think those are all false awakenings thou thats why you have to focus. trust me is really easy.if you push the thought to much i need to pretend going o he rest room so i can get OBE i dont think it will work. is just like inception someone else needs to put the thought in your head. like i had my 8th obe today in a row , and today i got it from someone txted me i woke up. i then closed my eyes saying is prob that girl i really wanna know what she said so you will go into SP right away thinkin of that urge and your dream body will move to check phone but if u dont focus, again u will just realize a false awakening. i know this sounds kinda simple or dumb but really works xD. sorry for long post btw was just really happy and felt like sharing. the only problem i still have is that in my OBE i sometimes cant see i just see black i still dont know what to do about that =/
