Like, if I'm in my bed after a regular day, is it possible to go into a WILD from there? Or do I have to wake myself up and go back to sleep to enter a WILD?

I know, but I see people saying you have to wake yourself up during a REM phase and THEN try to go into a WILD. So I can attempt it no matter when I'm going to sleep?
