Ok, so apparently one of the best ways to improve your dream recall is to set your alarm 1 hour early.. however i dont use alarms, i simply cant, they dont wake me up.
Can anyone suggest and alternative or help provide me with some advice etc?

Haha, seriously i used to have one of thoes bell alarms and put it right beside my bed... woke everyone else up but me who was sleeping right next to it :P
Im quite a heavy sleeper xD
So that others will be taking care of you and your alarm...be alarmed!!!

Have you tried something other than noise to wake you up? I know some people put use a cell phone alarm and just put the phone on vibrate. Granted, you'd have to sleep with the phone, but if you think that it could work for you then it's worth a shot. Others have tried an alarm with a flashing light. Not sure where you'd get one of those, though.
