Not sure if I had my first Lucid Dream - Help
I got to know about lucid dreaming 2 days ago. I thought I had dreamless nights. But after some reality checks & exercises, I realised that I do get a lot of dreams which I never used 2 remember. The day i read about lucid dreaming itself I got about 2 dreams in the 1 hr nap i had and also about 3 dreams in the night, though I was able to recall only bits and parts of the dreams (This was 2 days ago). And yesterday I got something which I feel was a lucid dream. I was sleeping in my very own bed, but since the position was very awkward I felt I need to do a reality check, and I realised I was dreaming. But I hardly had any control on anything once I realised I was dreaming. The environmental & surrounding detail started fading. I tried spinning which made it a little more clear but my surroundings faded again in within the next few secs even before I could spin. The dream was over. I do not remember if I woke up from the dream or not. Was this was my first lucid dream, or was I just dreaming that I had a lucid dream. Please guide me regarding how I need to proceed.
