slow proggress

I have been attempting to lucid dream for about six months now and have experience one. It has been a slow procces for me and i am just starting to be able to recall dreams on the regular. I am wondering if my routine culd use improvment to help me for Lds... First do a guided chakra clense meditation, then meditate on my own for a bit to clear my mind and listen to my breath and after i repeat the mantra I am dreaming in my head. I always have trouble focusing on the mantra and wonder if there is an easier route to take? any help is greatley appreciated

I notice only 5 DJ entries, start journalling your dreams more, and looking for dream signs. :)

thanks Ninja but some times i have like half assed dreams whre i only remember certain things do i need to record these even if they dont make any sense?
