I keep trying the WIlD technique, i listen to binaural beats and I feel like im getting very close. I usually start feeling very heavy slowed heavy breathing and then my eyes flash like some1 has a strobe light in front of my face. Every time this happens i focus on my vision instead of focusing on a dream I want or focusing on being lucid and it wakes me back up. How do I ignore the flashing so I can further my LD attempts?

Wow... sorry I don't have any advice, but I experience the same thing.
When I'm about to fall asleep, I experience a strobe light in front of my eyes that over the course of a few seconds gets slower and less intense, and then I am suddenly more alert and awake than I was before.
It is a bummer, as I fell this may keep me from experiencing WILDs, but I an a 6-month newb at this. If you have any success give me a shout!
thanks, but Iv only been trying to do this for less than a month..... no luck yet but im still trying.
this morning I woke up from a dream and I decided to try to go back into it, I stayed still and kept this dream in my mind soon enough the flashing started and I was just starting to dream, it was like half ways between imaging something and dreaming, I think Im getting close and prolly just need more practice but any tips would be awesome, thanks!
