      about to go for an afternoon nap, yawning as i type this, which method should i try right now?

      How do you do a WILD if you're going to just take a nap? I mean when I say nap it's only like 2 hours max.

      Well it depends on who you are. But then again things in a dream could feel longer when in fact they are short.
