Hi guys Im Alex

I had my first Lucid Dream Last night. I went To sleep and as i was falling asleep I saw Bright Bright lights blinking in my eyes and heard a Strange noise i cannot Descirbe And i Was breathing Heavely .I entered my Dream From There i was scared when " Woke up " But i woke up in my dream. i Was honestly Terrified cause ive never had that Feeling before . I do not know what Stage i was at, But i was in my dream and I knew i was In my dream It Felt very Real Is this a lucid Dream or jUst a normal Dream?

The bright lights were probly just in the dream and you think it was before you actually fell asleep.. And if you knew you were dreaming than yes it was a lucid... Congrats! :D

I was Almost sure it was real. I felt my self sweating In the procces i was Insanely Terrified. :l Thanks I really want to Be able to do this ALOT MORE the feeling to know ur dreaming and Feeling everything Was Amazing and Undescribeable

Just imagine the feeling when you can conrtrol things!

And im just telling you the most probable cause. It really can be anything.

Oh BTW dreams can be EXTREMLY real.
