ignorance is the evil, closed-mindedness is evils weapon of choice. openmindedness is the tool, logic is the vessel. only openmindedness will allow us to trancend our conventional lives and continualy move toward self betterment and actual reality.

The Monroe Institute does research on OBE. You might want to try there first.

For Lucid dreaming "exploring the world of lucid dreaming" is a great book, it helps you built some skills like memory awariness etc. and lists most of the techniques. A must...

      Mantatory Reading

I would strongly suggest anyone getting into lucid dreaming or OOBE's to do the research so you know exactly what you are getting yourself into. I am reading a couple of books on LD and one really good one on OOBE titled Journeys out of the Body by Robert A. Monroe. It's fascinating what he discovers in his adventures in the astral world. So far, I've learned the importance of being balanced as the key to managing both the dark and light sides of this exploration. I aslo believe that knowing exactly all the things you need to know (both good and bad) before going in while being open minded and fearless will lead to a spiritual movement that will change your life forever. How is up to you............

      Good luck and bless be!
