Frequent Awakenings

I have been having frequent sleep interuptions. Dreams come and go.Should i try to do WILD at the latter stages of the evening or go straight in if I have come from a dream? Do you have to keep awake for a WILD or can you just g0 for it?

How awake do you get when your sleep gets interrupted? WILDs may be easier in your situation.
