Wlcome to the site garbageman. Why dont you read the tutorials for help in lcuid dreaming. They are treamly helpful, and if you have any other questiosn after you read them, feel free to ask us for the anwseres :) enjoy the fourms.

Read all you can, have patience and don't give up! :)

Try the tutorial section and read around the board, a ton of thigns to learn!

My tip is to write down your dreams after each night, this is the first step. ;)
