      Lightbulb Dream Reacall explenation

Hi, I had an amazing lucid dream couple months ago, extremely vivid and clear. I'd like to learn to have them more often so I started from improving my dream recall. I can recall at least one a night if I stick to LaBerges suggestions but I have a question about them as whenever I wake up and think of dreams I just had all of them seem more like flat movie without any colours. It seems like I was whole night unconscious totally and in the morning I just remember something and not like my LD I had that I actually in the moment of having it felt dreaming it. Is this normal for dream recall?

For some people yes it is normal. others are differient. I suggest making a poll and finding out.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

Problem is that because of that I will not have a chance to do any reality checks as I only recall dream never feel it actually dreaming in the time of dreaming, I hope it will change in time.

I do drink quite a lot of coffee as I work nights, so maybe this is the reason?

I've always had fairly vivid dreams and good recall, but I know what you mean. Keep improving your recall and eventually you'll feel a lot more aware in them. :-) Soon you will experience the dream when you're actually there.

Hi guys, it is 9 days since I have started my training in dream recall and first 8 nights I wasn't able to work on it to much because of my night shifts, but my recall improved greatly. normally I can easy remember one dream, yesterday I remembered 4 dreams and one of them was LUCID ha! and the thing is I tried relaxation technique and just talked to myself that I have to remember that it is only dream, I fell asleep within 5min. My third dream this night was lucid but I didn't do any reality check I just new straight from the beginning of the dream. If I paid attention to certain object they became very clear, dream itself was on about 30-45% clarity. Unfortunately only one sense was working, vision, no other inputs. So there is my question how do I get extreme vividness? I had dream months ago now which was incredible vivid.

I tried to change scenery in my dream and I new I cant close my eyes so I tried to spin myself but it didn't work and then I just blinked it was stronger than me, I just felt the need to blink and this was the end of the dream, anyway it was cool to be able to have some control over it.

      So how to improve VIVIDNESS??
