So ive been googlin' for Lucid Dream for a while and ive found this great community, finally I registered here
I had two lucid dreams after starting visiting this site ( two months I guess ... )
I keep a dream journal, perform reality checks when I remember and sometimes I remember my dreams... I think that stress is my problem....
I wanna try some lucid aids and ive "heard" here that B6 can help and is cool to take with Tryptophan ...
maybe im rushing things a little and also asking things in my welcome topic... but, what should I take with B6 ? Tryptophan or 5-HTP ? Where can I find it? And last, how much should I take ? My weight is around 175 pounds...
Well I hope I can find my way around here and also share many experiences with you!

:welcome: B6 is nice by itself, but a lot of people couple it with melatonin.

What a Honor!!
Ive bought a B6 Complex at the drugstore... could not find B6 alone...
I still dont know how much should I take... I created another topic on "Lucid Aids" section asking it more exactly... since a Complex have some more substances together and ive read around the internet that a 250mg dose is fine ( that sounds fu....g crazy )
well, I wont ask anything more in this thread because I think ive already duplicated an not necessary thread lol... would you mind replying in the one at "Lucid Aids" section?
