      Is this SP?

      I usually can tell when I enter SP because everything turns black then white and/or I hear a loud ringing that I can't quite tell what it is and my radio sounds garbled. But something else has been happening lately: I lay down for about 10-20 minutes and while my eyes are closed I feel like I'm spinning around in every direction but that's it, when I open my eyes everything's normal except sometimes a bit out of focus. Is this SP? Also if I open my eyes I can move around and stuff...

      Did it feel like you were spinning really fast. The other morning I got the rapid acceleration feeling during sp. Like I was being pulled really really fast forward and sideways. But I haven't had the spinning feeling yet so I can't really say much about it.

      Well when you start focusing on the sensations during sp, then you will break sp. I think that's what happened in this case and that's my problem to. It happens to me because everytime I've gotten sp I wasn't expecting it and when it happened I starting focusing on it too much.

      One other thing though, in the past when I always wanted to break SP all the creepy noises would get veery intense then fade away; that's normal?

      Probabaly, can't really say. But don't get freaked out by the noises. When I first heard people like screaming at me during sp I got really excited and broke sp. Just have to accept its not real and just let it flow.

      I had my first lucid dream today (first attempt as well) and I spon reaaaaaaallly fast. I think it was SP but don't really know much about it. It even felt like as if my head scratched the walls at every rotation. It was so totally awesome
