Guess What?
Hello people, im new in here!
So I'm having a trouble about lucid dreaming. I experienced Lucid Dreaming only one time but im trying. Whenever im dreaming weird stuff starts to going around. (as usual in a dream :p) Like my maths teacher kicks poor people or homeless guys and stuff like that. As soon i realize its a dream, guess what. I wake up? Why is that happening? And what can i do for it?
Thank you for reading!

You could be getting excited? Right when you realize your dreaming, you should stabalize the dream(if needed) and stay calm so you don't wake up.

:welcome:
What are you currently doing to become lucid? There are always ways to mix it up or try something new.

When you realize it's a dream you are probably getting too excited, like NrEALx said. When you get excited your adrenaline and heart rate increase causing you too wake up.
-
So what can i do about this situation. What should i do not to get excited?
By the way i do reality checks, listen to a certain song before go to sleep sometimes WBTB technique but really rare. Oh and i think about lucid dreaming when im in bed, i think of what will i do if i have a LD.

Just stay calm when you have realized it's a lucid dream, if you feel like you are waking up spin around or concentrate on a particular thing or object.

Thank you I will try that :=)
By the way, how do i put my picture in my profile couldnt find out xD

I don't know why the mind places safeguards to keep us from dreaming longer. It almost seems as though our subconscious mind is purposefully illusory and fools us to believe anything we want by elusive means. And this does us no justice for the dream is intrinsically fragile! Like a light veil or thin film, at the slightest touch it breaches, allowing us to masquerade like sentient slaves in waking life until sleep informs us what to remember and what to forget.
