Hi :)
Hi all!
Just discovered the world of Lucid Dreaming less than 24 hours ago, and the whole idea of it, and what can be accomplished... just amazes me!
I've never really been great at remembering dreams. It's rare when I do remember one, and within ~30 seconds of waking up it's nearly all gone. I've read up a slight bit on the topic, and as of tonight I have a blank notebook and pen sitting beside my bed, ready to record :)
If anyone has any tips or such that'd be great, as I'm really unsure as to how to begin this process, set the ball rolling. I see there is a number of tutorials on the forums, but tbh atm they seem slightly to advanced for me.
Thanks :D

Welcome! I suggest a combination of DILDs and MILDs since they can both be practiced at the same time and are closely related. Just do RCs throughout the day and ask yourself if you're dreaming, then while falling asleep, just repeat a mantra about lucid dreaming, or doing a RC in a dream. This is a really great forum with lots and lots of information and very experienced dreamers. Good luck! =D
