I could feel myself getting paralyzed before I fell asleep...also an introduction

Hey, apparently I added myself to this forum quite some time ago, but I'm just now getting back to looking around.

Dream lucidity and control is something I experience pretty much every day thanks to my sleep paralysis which sometimes turn into sleep hallucinations. I guess it's probably due to a lot of stress I go through from school. This all didn't really start until later in my high school years and just recently started to get worse as I entered my 2nd yr in college.

Once I could even feel my body getting paralyzed before I fell asleep. Felt like I was riding a roller coaster and it made me laugh while I was trying to sleep. This happened two times when I tried to sleep one day. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

Yeah, I've experienced that roller-coaster feeling. Feeling like you're accelerating, hearing sounds, and hallucinating are common symptoms when experiencing SP, I think. As well as the paralysis.

SP's more easy to get if you're fairly stressed out, or very tired.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Yeah exactly, accelerating and I heard sounds as well. The sounds were normal for me, cus as you said, theyre apart of SP. I'm just not used to feeling myself getting paralyzed as I go sleep.

I didn't hallucinate, but I hallucinate a lot, sometimes with demonic voices and vibrations coming from my bed like something is pushing up my bed. Sometimes people will be inside my room....or so I think, but when I wake up it's just a hallucination.

Has anyone else experienced the strange vibrations/moving of the bed during SP?
