      Lucid dream anxiety

I noticed last night that I had a little anxiety about succeeding in having lucid dreams. I've had them on accident in the past, and when I realized I was dreaming, got afraid and woke myself up, one time not so easily.

I'm not sure why I was feeling anxious, but it may explain why I had trouble sleeping and why I didn't dream much last night.

Any advice on settling the anxiety?

Hi. Will here. You'll have to forgive me, I'm new here, but not to exploring dreams.

I would say, try to go to sleep with intent (pre-sleep suggestion),but without expectation. Let it happen, don't force it and if it dosen't, there'll be more nights more dreams.
