Was I Close? tis weird.

Alright so I went to bed, but didnt go to sleep, just closed my eyes etc. I started peering INTO the darkness with my eyes closed.

Started seeing weird shapes, but coudlnt make it out exactly, but they started gettting more and more frequent (as if watching a far away light show, or a galaxy or something, but very faint) and for a minute or two, it continued.

THEN my eyes felt like they were flickering alot, like moving upwards etc, and felt my mouth was opening, I never felt that, it wasnt scary exactly, but it was.. weird? I snapped out of it by moving.

So was I close to SP? or a Lucid Dream? This was just going to bed at night time, not in the morning or anything.

Sounds like hypnogogic imagery.

yeah that means your close to SP, i tend to feel like im rolling over or feel like i changed position

Then how long does it take from getting into SP and into a Dream? and how can you tell if your fully into SP?

The "best" part about SP/WILDing is that everyone is different! The key indicators seem to be if you body feels very heavy or like you're unable to move... if you are seeing dream scenes, they will start to be come more frequent / more stable. If you hear noises, they will start to get louder and clearer. If you feel sensations, they will get more intense.

There's no time limit. Sometimes it can take hours if you let it go that long. Sometimes, seconds.

Every time is different!
