:welcome: Welcome to DV!
For your first question, no, it will most likely not make your dreams more vivid. However, going to bed earlier can help you induce one later in the night, as you will be refreshed enough to concentrate on it.
For your second question, yes, but it may keep you up in the middle of the night, as it makes your brain more active.
I hope you enjoy the forums!
thanks :)
hope i get my first lucid dream soon (:
Yes B6 does help a little bit, but not that much. And it makes me sick s a dog. :P
Also going to bed earlier and waking up later will actually make your dreams more vivid because if you get a lot more sleep then you will go into another REM periode beyond your normal last one which will be more vivid and produce longer dreams.
Ironically, when I read the first part my dog came running into the room. xD
Anyway, I don't think that is the case. They just seem more vivid because you remember them better, not just because they're longer. They're no different than the other REM cycles other than it being linger and easier to remember.
thanks :)
i was also wondering if there are eny types of drugs or herbs that make your dreams more vivid?
