New here, with some LD questions.

Hello everyone. I just recently found out/was interested in lucid dreaming. Me being just 14, all of these huge words really confuse me. I just wanted to know how to LD with the fastest and most reliable methood. I'm really interested in the WILD methood, but I found out that you have to wake your self up. The sleep paralysis doesn't sound that bad though. So what are some of your tips on quickly having a lucid dream. I know this may sound a little weird trying to lucid dream without preparation, I just want to try it to see if the other methoods are worth it. Wow, I sound wayyyy too serious here. Haha. :D Anyways, thanks.

I dont know it's mostly things about the brain and such. Also the way the official guides explain things are more for the adult reader.

Alrighty, I have a question about WILD. Can I stay up allnight and go straight into the SP stages?

You can but it will be more difficult. Its better you do the WBTB technique.
