Very close to a LD

I was this ".." close to WILD. I had went to sleep after watching a movie. I kept telling myself that am gonna lay down as long as it takes to get me in a Lucid Dream. Well it wasn't long before I started feeling numb and tingly. I then for the first time heard "Noises" like someone walking on grass coming towards me. I was getting excited but tried to settle myself down. Then my eyes went haywire and kept moving around everywhere. I kept trying to close them but it was hard to do so. I didn't want to force it has it might ruin it for me. So I kept opening and closing my eyes. After like doing this 3 times. I closed my eyes and opened them to see in front of me. The most ugliest and scary looking thing I've ever seen. I awoke up instantly and jumped out of my bed. Couldn't do it again after that. But later I fell asleep and in my dream there was a moment where I asked a DC how I got here. He responded with "You got drugged and was brought here". I can't believe I accepted that as a valid answer. Anyway I thought I might share this with the DV community. Though I do have a question. Why in dreams do we accept "Dumb" or "Unrealistic" answers?

Damn that sounds crazy! But you were definitely very close, so congrats! Also I think the part of the brain that controls logic shuts down while we're asleep, which is why we can see some seriously crazy shit and not think twice about it.
