Hello and welcome to DV.
Unfortunately I suck at lucids, so can't help you there.

Other than staying in bed and remembering your dreams, there isn't much else you can do to recall, but you can become anal about reality checks, the more you do, the better your chances of becoming lucid :)

I wouldn't be surprised if your dreams consisted of ":P" faces. Also, please try to use periods, it gets annoying when you don't type in a way that is coherent enough for us to easily understand.
Anyway, to the questions. There is a Dreamviews Wiki which contains a section called "DV Tutorials". Click on that and read the tutorials that follow.
For our community: we have a staff of Dream Guides, Moderators, and Administrators. Dream Guides welcome newbies and help them with lucid dreaming and getting around the forums. Moderators... well, that's self explanatory, as well as the Admins. We have a fairly friendly and helpful community, so you should be just fine around here.
:welcome: Welcome to DV, and I hope I helped!
