Heh Hey :D
hey guys whats going on. this is my first post on dream views, i havent been lurking long but i just really want to get LD'ing "to a T" as they say. ive done it about 4 or 5 times before but they have faded fast. my most recent one was 2 days ago after i decided i wanted to try and have one. basically i just done some DIY mantra's etc. (didnt know about mantra's and Rc's until after the LD). at first it ddint work i just had normal-ish dream about a bar with werewolves and vampires in it, then i got into a bit of a fight with a werewolf who totally owned my ass. i woke after it without moving or opening my eyes and basically i started dreaming whilst still being awake, i looked at my hand an it was all fuzzy and my fingers were really short, i then noticed my duvet was white instead of black. i got really excited, causing the world to slightly fade. i knew you could fly and stuff so i tried to fly but i just managed a a half assed float over my garden and onto the street. i tried to concentrate but i lost the dream and woke up.
so now i want to master the lucid dream!!! dont know what technique bes suits me so a bit of trial and error is in order.
peace out homeslice :cheeky:

Welcome to DV Ebi! There are many tutorials that you can read. http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/welcom...members-78401/ Is a good page to look into. Read alot about lucid dreaming and you're on your way!
Increasing dream recall is the first thing you should do, so Keeping a Dream Journal is recommended. If you have any questions about anything at all, please feel free to PM me or any of the other Dream Guides.
Keep on dreaming!

Hey Ebi381, welcome to Dreamviews! :okbyenow:
In terms of control, you're in full control of your dreams, meaning you can do anything. If you just try to "fly", your dream might end up just putting you into a half-flying, half-floating state instead of actually flying at higher speeds, so you have to expect that whatever you want to happen, well, will happen. Like Matte said, dream recall's important in order to remember your dreams (lucid ones too).
And, concentrating on the dream is a good start. If you haven't already, try to actually feel around and touch objects, and look at everything around you. It'll make your brain work harder to produce more sections of the location you're in, therefore keeping you in the dream. It really helps!
Good luck!
