Afternoon Naps
I struggle with fatigue problems but its not too bad because i love to sleep and of course dream i always nap after school and i never dream even though i sleep for at least 2 and a half hours any tips on dreaming while napping?
Also ive noticed that i dream better and have had lucids going to bed for the night later that nightis this because my body is rested and i have more seratonin or possibly a rem rebound?

Just make the most of your napping, and if it helps you improve your dreaming during afternoon naps - keep it up. At least you are getting your rest, and not a lack of sleep.
