SP question
Hello guys,
in the past month, i've been able to reach SP 4 times.. i'm very happy with my progress. but I do have a question, I think I have a problem.
every time I experience SP, the sounds/pressure on my chest/hallucinations are always exponential. I mean that it gets more intense as seconds goes by...
at first I have to admit I was scared and I would force my self to wake up ! but last week I finally succeed to let my fear aside and just let the SP do its effect.
at one point I just felt relaxed and the sounds and the pressure stopped but the hallucinations stayed. I felt like I was awake....... in fact I think I was awake, and my body wasn't paralyzed anymore.
But I decided to keep my eyes shut just in case a dream would start, or what ever.. I was waiting to see if something would happen but nothing...... I think it pretty much failed..
I'm just confused.. what should I expect after SP ?
because as of now, after SP nothing happen.. is it because the SP occurred not long after I went to bed ? I wasn't in a REM state..
if you guys have any pointers of any sort please share ! thank you !

entering a dream through sleep paralysis is very difficult, its a combination of not thinking about how you are sleeping and remembering to stay concious. its a really difficult concept to grasp. after sleep paralysis, if at the right time, you should expect your senses to start creating sensations. for some people its visual, forme its physical i ell like i am moving my arms around but actually im perfectly still
