A question about "first LD jitters"

So I was just wondering about something. I have been reading and have come to accept that when you have your first LD, you generally lose control in excitement and wake up. But I have a question about the waking up part. When do you generally wake up? The middle of the night? When you normally wake up? When your alarm rings? When does this occur, as I am hoping to have a LD tonight or tomorrow night, as tonight and tomorrow night I can attempt a WBTB as well as doing regular efforts at DILDing.
So...
when do you wake up?

It's completely random, if you are waking up from excitement it can happen at any time. Say you fall asleep at 11:00, you have a lucid dream at 2:00, you grow so excited at 2:05, you wake at 2:05. I'm not sure if that quite answers your question.

Well My first lucid was 3 days after first hearing about lucd dream that was on this site
Anyway the LD lasted around 1min it was middle in the of the night I cant remeber in what order but i had 5 dreams after that
& I had a second lucid dream that lasted around 1-2mins Even now i cant still remeber those six dreams vividly with out a Dream Journal
But now I got I Dream Journal I decided to use one of my old school books thats empty.
These Dreams happend last month so far i've had 2 more

In my experience, my first three lucid dreams i stayed in them for quite some time but didn't know what to do. Now i recall about 3 dreams per night and I become lucid maybe every 2 days, but I always attempt to make it more vivid, or I close my eyes and I wake up. So I wouldn't worry about waking up at all. Just get lucid and explore your dreams. :)

Keep in mind, if you mentally prepare yourself, you have a chance of not waking up to excitement. Try to beat it, you'll want some calm time to explore and appreciate the detail of everything
