Currently on break, so I've decided to start a new project (lucid dreaming)
Have had a few very basic lucid dreams
Very interested in flying and adventure
I want to explore my subconscious deeply

Thanks guys. I just printed out two of the techniques in the Wiki that I intend to use this week, and I'm beginning to re-read Tony Crisp's "Lucid Dreaming";
Is anyone familar with this book?
I never heard of this book. Try "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge, it's a good book too.
What techniques are you going to use ? I suggest you to go with DILD, then try others.
Welcome to the forums, you should definitely read some of the tutorials before starting to do anything major. If you need help feel free to ask!

I recommend looking at DILD. MILD is good too. I've had succes with DILD, CAN-WILD, FILD.Quote:
