Newbie here.....

Just saying hello, I'm 37 yr. old and my name is Lisa. I figured I would stop in to give a quick introduction to everyone around here.

Not sure if this the right place but learning and researching lucid dreams. But more so what happens to me when I come out of my dreams or awaken. I hope this is the right place.
