Merry xmas newbies, keep trying!

Keep that head up!

I feel like i've gone very far having 45+ LD nights under my belt in under 1 year.

Although over half are suppliment induced LDs my natural LDs are popping up randomly, which is something I really strive for.

I give up sometimes... months at a time. But all it takes is one vivid dream and i'm back becoming lucid within the week.

As you can see, RCs are very important. Don't brush them off thinking they will not help... this is how I become lucid every single time.

yeh i started doing RC's a couple times per day now! (the finger in the hand is my favorite to try.. that one is imo also the best in crowed area's)

i also tell me that i will remember my dream wich is now the objective for me to finish!

I definitely notice how my RCs effect my dreaming. I have to constantly remind myself to be aware and I ask myself, "Am I dreaming?"

Keep trying, motivation is key.
