Hi, new here.
I use to have continual lucid dreams when i was 3-7. I thought i was the only one who did this, but according to wikipedia that wasn't the case. I've been lurking since about 02 ? i can't really recall, but i've always kept a bookmark.
I can still lucid dream at times, but it's hard. I don't sleep much. It use to be effortless ,like that's all people did when they went to sleep.
I'm going to bed now.
I'll update with any groundbreaking dreams.

It is very possible that your lowered amount of sleep (as well as increase of age) is what has effected your ability to dream lucidly. Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours or so of sleep a night. Though it differs from person to person on how much they need, not getting enough sleep for long periods is unhealthy.

That movie kinda distorts people's perception of what a lucid dream actually is.. They go into other people's dreams!! wtf?

Ohh believe it or not many people, including me believe in shared dreaming. Although not the way Christopher Nolan portrayed it. All the elements of the movie are lucid dreaming concepts twisted to make the public accept it. Although not accurate I still love the movie.
