Crap, i cant go to sleep anymore.

after trying wilding a few times, im having trouble going to sleep like normal.

As you try wilding you try and stay concious at all times, right?
Well now i cant go to sleep without beeing concious!

Any idea on how i might go back to my normal sleep, not staying concious?

Its taking me hours to sleep each night now. I do fall asleep, concious, but i wake up a few minutes later from stress. This happends often 10 times before i fall into unconcious sleep.

Help? ideas?
