What should my goals be?
So, i never had any LD dreams, also i still have problems remember dreams at the night, i was trying to wake up 5 hours after i went to sleep tonight, but i dident wake up , but i need help with my goals, i am thinking like this:
1.Make a dream journal
2.Find a method to get into a LD
But give me some tips and some goals, sorry for bad english, i am from norway, and just 14 years old.

3. Set up a goal to complete in a LD.
4. Set up goals to increase your dream and LD recall
That might work. It's all up to you, but I suggest you find somehing that will make you motivated enough to continue trying for months. After the first LD you definitely want more.

i would say:
1. make dream journal and work up to recording at least one dream per night.
2. find a method that works and makes sense to you, practice it thoroughly until you have an LD.
3. think of something you want to do in this first lucid dream. like fly or shoot fire balls. this can help motivate your mind in the dream state.
for now that's all you need, more goals should come after you have one.
a lot of people just can't wake up after their dreams, don't worry about it. set an alarm to wake you up 4.5, 6 and/or 7.5 hours after you fall asleep. these are all in ninety minute intervals and that's when you're likely to be dreaming. also they are later sleep cycle dream periods so you should be rested enough to remember them and write them down and this is when your dreams should be longer and therefore easier to remember. i have found i can train myself using an alarm for awhile and then i just start waking up on my own for a lot of them. good luck!
