Am i a natural, or have i been unknowingly using some technique?

At least i assume i'm a natural as i have had countless LD's , and had never before heard of wild dild etc.

I have had many many LD's but little dream control, i have displayed decent dream control in some dreams but often find it a bit like the dream where you want to run but cant. Ill be thinking really concentrating on what i want to happen sometimes it will sometimes it wont, depends on how good the control is that dream i guess.

I always when falling asleep have a little fantasy going in my head, with the hope of falling into that dream its not something i ever read about etc. just something ive always done.

I wake up in the morning, roll over go back to sleep several times every morning (when i dont have stuff to do) and my dreams without fail continue , this is when i have the best dream control, however the more it goes on the more control i get until eventually i realise i am awake.

So , whats going on there?

It sounds like you're a natural lucid dreamer :) Do you keep a dream journal?

Have you read about any dream control techniques? Both of these things could help to make your experiences even more amazing :)

i used to do the same thing where i would play out some crazy action story in my head before going to bed then sometimes i would end up in that dream

No i dont keep dream journals but im pretty good at remembering dreams, i shouldnt think i ever will keep a dream journal either im far too lazy. i read about WILD but thats it so far, as i said im rather lazy im not going to spend hours training myelf to do anything, let alone start disturbing my already limited sleep (i'm pretty sure i have a sleep disorder), although i will start doing reality checks and thinking about them before i go to sleep etc. I was just wondering if perhaps my technique if you can call it that, was similar to one of the accepted ones.
