I am Emily, but you can, preferably, call me Em or Emiry.
I am very intrigued by lucid dreaming. I am dead-set on learning as much as I can about its wonders! I appreciate anyone who is willing to help me along, as I am painfully new at this all. Ah, but we are all beginners at some time, no?

Hi Em and welcome to DV! You are right to be intrigued as it's the most awesome hobby in the world! It does take dedication and time, but the rewards are totally worth it. Why waste 30% of your life sleeping and having fragments of dreams when you can train yourself to have adventures?

Start a DJ is the first thing you should do to improve your recall, and perhaps set up some goals.
