Tried to WILD but Rapid eye movment made me open my eyes!

I was trying to wild after waking up so I guess it was a WBTB but i was trying to use the WILD technique of keeping my mind concious.

I felt my body going into sleep paralysis it was going numb and i could hear voices but my eyes started fluttering wildly so much so that it made me open my eyes i couldn't help it they were going mad.

does this normally happen ?

Im no genious here but i believe thats why its called "Rapid Eye Movement". Yes i tend to have the same thing happen to me when going into a WILD. Usually once my eyes start spazzing out, i feel a strong vibration in my head and body with a buzzing sound as well. By remaining still once this happens, thats usually when my WILD or OOBE (Out of Body Experience) will begin. Your almost there sir, staying calm and just going with the flow is what worked for me because i would panic and open my eyes as well.

@Davetherave yup, it does normally happen. I pulled off a WILD, but before that fun business, I actually ended up 1.) feeling my body go heavy ( my body went to sleep, but my mind remained conscious) 2.) I began to twitch and move without control over the movements. then finally the rapid eye movement.. i waited patiently and sure enough the patience paid off. I watched as a scene formed right before my eyes exactly what i imaged in my mind..

just keep calm, patient, and motivated and it will pay off.
