Im having a really anoying problem when i LD i keep swallowing in the dream and it shifts me to another dream where i am non lucid i try so hard not to think about not swallowing and i can just feel my self wanting to swallow i dont no if its because i havnt got my self into a propper vivid lucidity im not in ful control but pls give me some tips on how to stop this LD breaker!!! :(
