Kinda lucid dreaming.

Okay, so i'll try to explain this as much as i can.

So i started lucid dreaming for about 1 year ago. I was still learning.
I've done most of the steps that are necessary for lucid dreaming.
So i have done if few times, and then my problem started.

Every time i go to bed, i lay down on my back, i close my eyes, and start thinking
about what i want to dream. And when i "fade" in the dreams, i am paralyzed every
f***ing time ( okay you may think that i have sleep paralyze, but its not, because i've
been there, and i know how does that look, and this dreams are totally different ).
Okay but that's not all. As you know , when i fade out in a dream, i know i am dreaming,
and i am paralyzed, then my body just starts to floating in the air ( fast or slow, its very random),
and its always dark, most of the time in my room, i am not controlling anything except my own mind.
Now here comes to part i really don't like. So i am not paralyzed, floating randomly in the air, then
its starts to "vibrate" ( its the closest word i could found to describe this ) in my head, sometimes
very hard and it hurts. If i try to resist it starts vibrating more, and it hurts more. I usually dream
this for about 30-60 secs , then i wake up. But when i wake up, i still have pain in my ears from
vibration in my head.

I will continue to have the same painful dreams, until i turn my body and sleep ob the side ( not on the back )

Ok some facts:

- My body can never go through the wall, if the body touches the walls ( mostly of my room, as i said ) the vibration
in my head starts to get even more painful.
- Most of the time i fight with my own mind. ( example: i say to myself, "can you f***ing stop that", and then vibration kicks
in again )
- If i start thinking ( in the dream ) that i don't want to go to the place that freaks me out, my mind will just throw me right there,
with all the vibration, paralyze and floating.
- I dream this until i change my position of sleeping, then i sleep normally, and sometimes even have great lucid dreams.

First i was scared of that, but now it just annoys me very much -.-

Something about me ( that i think it has important connection to the dreams )

I am 16, and i don't have any mayor problems in my life, school goes well, love goes well, money goes like for
every teenager. I smoke we*d from time to time ( yeah i know its not right ). I like paranormal things.

Ok so, can anyone explain me whats is this, why am i dreaming this most of the time, and how do i stop it? Be free to ask further questions. =) Thanks for all the answers.
