What should I do to improve(this is what I've got so far)?
A few days ago some friends of mine started discussing lucid dreaming so when I went home I did some research and decided to give it a try. Lately I haven't been remembering my dreams, so I decided to start out getting to the point where I remember dreams on a daily basis. To do this I tried writing down what I had done that day, and while trying to fall asleep thinking "I will remember my dreams" over and over again (both things I learned of from this forum). That morning I remembered three dreams (each got progressively). The first was relatively short and I had no control (in fact when I tried to run faster I slowed down). The next dream was a little longer, and I had complete control over my actions and over some actions other people took too. I might have been momentarily lucid but I can't remember. The last I was able to control what I did and what happened around me (people, animals, ect), and I was able to do some superhuman things (like turn invisible). That dream I remember being lucid for a little while, but not for the whole thing. I think I'm off to a good start, but I would really like to build on what I have going already. What are some more things I can try doing to expand on the above things? Also is there any reason I gained more control and more lucid with each dream that night? Thank you.
