Help with going into SP
I only really tried going into SP twice so far. Both times it feels like my body is going to sleep, kind of like a tingling all over my body and one of the times my face kind of fell asleep and my mouth wouldn't stay closed.
But that's it, I can still move when it hasppens. How long should it take to enter SP once your body starts feeling like this? Should I be visualizing or anything while my body feels like this?

well no the tingling basically means you're going into SP just don't move a muscle though even when in sleep paralysis tons of people can still move it's just a little more difficult
once you start seeing things just wait and slightly acknowledge them don't be to interested and force it to stay because of course it will just leave ;)
it just takes time and depending on weather you're a natural or not it will take practice
Don't have to visualise it will come to you by itself although if it doesn't yes you can visualize and it could work out just make sure you think of detail not just some random things
(i'm no expert just read around)

I've only had 2 lucid dreams but sleep paralysis and me go way back haha. Of course stay still no matter what. If you feel like moving don't! It your mind testing your body to see if it is asleep...(your mind and body fall asleep seperatley) if you move your body any when you feel the urge to it's basically telling the mind that "I'm still awake". If you remain still during this urge to move your body your mind will be tricked into thinking your body is asleep and you will enter sleep paraylisis. Your mind will begin to dipp in and out of your subconscious...if you remain conscious thru this...bam you just accomplished a WILD. Try to count your breathes passivly during this process...it may help. And sorry if this is confusing I tend to not re-read lol

All you should be thinking about is trying to fall asleep. It's the same as falling asleep normally. From my experiences, sleep paralysis only occurs after you stop thinking about trying to fall asleep. So just let yourself fall asleep; except try to "observe" your mind falling asleep.
I have yet to maintain sleep paralysis until a WILD occurs, so good luck after that.
