Hi.
Hello there. I came across this forum on Google. I want to learn to lucid dream. I have found a lot of information here already in 10 minutes. A little background information. Last night I had my first try entering sleep paralysis. It was really interesting and close to unexplainable. I tried to visualize a dream but that did not work. After what I think was only a few minutes I woke up. So, I have more reading ahead of me here. I used information from Lucidology 101 to relax and get into SP. Has anyone had experience with Lucidology 102?
I probably will not post a lot but I'll be lurking around and hopefully keep a dream journal. Anyways, I'm just introducing myself and my short lived experience last night.

Welcome to Dreamviews! I hope you like it here :)
If you have any questions I'm sure we'll all be happy to help. I haven't looked at Lucidology 101 or 102. What happened during your WILD? Did you just fall asleep?
I also recommend trying to DILD before WILD. I think it's easier to WILD once you know what a lucid dream is like. But some people take more to WILDing than others.
Good luck! :D

After my body fell asleep I realized what was happening and tried to think back to memories and reenact them differently. I had trouble with my mind wandering so I couldn't stay on one event so I tried flying. This is the moment where I started waking back up. I lied still for a minute trying to fall back into the state but I eventually gave up and woke up.
Thanks for the warm welcomes.
