Hi and welcome! Start by writing down your dreams each morning in a Dream Journal. This will improve your dream recall. Also set up a few goals and just think about lucid dreaming alot. Read about it and look forward to getting one. Start doing Reality Checks. This is the regular DILD technique. You can go for the WILD technique but it's a bit more complicated, but worth giving a shot.

Read the different tutorials here DV Tutorials - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource and if you have any further questions, feel free to ask them here or in a PM.

      Keep on dreaming!

It will take a few tries, even for the natural WILD'er. If you feel like you're getting close, then try again. Good luck!

Welcome You have an advantage because you're young and starting out early. Keep up the good work, just practice, practice! I have tried a few times also and failed, but we will get there eventually

It is very easy to start lucid dreaming, all you have to do is start to do things to cause awareness in your dreams! You can try to recognize dream signs by starting a dream journal (Dream Recall Tutorial); you can also start to reality check so that you can (possibly) become lucid in a dream. When you reality check, you check to see if anything is out of the normal, either by checking the environment or trying to do otherwise impossible things. For example, you can try to pinch your nose, and, with your mouth closed, attempt to breathe through your nose. If you breathe, you're in a dream! If not, you're awake. For more types of reality checks, check the Reality Check Tutorial. The DILD Tutorial will help with these efforts as well.

Plus, what fun is a lucid dream without being able to control it? You can shoot fire out of your hands, fly, go to another planet, whatever you want to do! All you have to do is get rid of all expectations within your dreams and know that you can do anything in them! Read this guide for more information and elaboration on dream control.

Welcome to Dreamviews, and I hope I helped!

      Hi! I'm new, kind of and I am 14 : )
Glad to see another person interested in lucid dreaming. I am not expert, but there are many others who are great at lucid dreaming who can help you. They're everywhere on this site, plus some great tutorials. And you need a dream journal for sure.
