Hi I'm new.
When I was a lot younger I used to regularly write a dream journal, and for a long time since then my dreams have either been extremely rusty, or not interesting enough for me to write about them. I'm hoping this journal thing will be a lot of fun, and help me to remember my dreams more clearly, and control them. Yay! Thanks, and see ya later.:D

Welcome to the forums! A dream journal definitely helps with dreams, when I first started I was remembering one dream a week. Now I remember at least two dreams a day, it's quite fun. You should check out some of the good tutorials in the dreamviews wiki. If you need help with anything feel free to ask or send me a private message. Good luck!

Hi, and welcome to Dreamviews!
Keeping a dream journal is definitely fun, especially when you go through all the dreams you recorded a few months prior - you've forgotten what they were like, and in a sense you "relive" them because the entries are just like new again. Have a look at the Dreamviews Wiki and go over a few of the tutorials; the most common techniques to induce lucid dreams are DILD, MILD, and WILD. I also have a DILD tutorial of my own that's helped a lot of people too, which is linked in my signature.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me or another Dream Guide, or anyone else you think can help.
