Intro :o
Hey all.
I joined this forum because i have kind of become interested in lucid dreaming due to my few recent dreams.
In these past few dreams ive had, the setting changes but i have remained the same the whole time. i can tell this because in the beginning of my last few dreams i usually swap smartphones, like im testing out a new one, and it remains with me the whole dream and i check it every once in a while.
i couldve probably made it lucid if i thought about it, it was in first person(sometimes i have 3rd person dreams)
so yeah. and it would usually be me swapping out my sim card from my iphone 4 into an android device just to test it out, and it stays the whole dream even when the setting greatly changes. any comments? :D

Interesting. It could potentially be used as a dream sign to cause lucidity, although I'm not too crazy about those. Here are some tutorials to help you start off: Reality Check Tutorial, Dream Recall Tutorial, Dream Signs Tutorial, DILD Tutorial. There are some other tutorials for you once you start to attempt to control your dreams, but the main thing you should do right now is focus on getting lucid. If you turn out to be a natural at it, great! You can go ahead and ask for some more tutorials and advice later on if you need it! ;)
:welcome: Welcome to DV, and I hope I helped! :)

It might also make a difference i have some bad insomnia, some nights getting as little as an hour to no sleep, and some nights getting 10 hours (weekends). during the week i usually get at max 6 hours. Thanks for the tutorials btw

No problem. Feel free to ask more questions if you need to. ;)

Every time you check your phone, do a reality check. Then, just hope that these dreams continue.
